Harrogate Squash and Fitness Centre is owned by it's members and run, by professional staff, for the benefit of it's members. We aim to keep membership costs as low as possible whilst ensuring that there is sufficent income to ensure that the facility is well maintained and well run.
Harrogate Squash and Fitness Centre has 4 squash courts, including 2 glassbacks, a fully equipped 3000sq ft gym, a fantastic dance/fitness studio and great facilities for functions and events. What about a workout in the gym - we've got a full range of cardio-vascular machines, treadmills, cross-trainers, bikes etc, there's plenty of resitance machines as well as an area dedicated to free weights.
