Bernadette Harper and her sister-in-law, Dawn Harper established the business in June 2008. Harpers Luxury Gifts became known for its innovation and playfulness, and shortly after they started trading they won the Highly Commended Award at Gift of the Year.

Sisters-in-law Dawn & Bernie Harper thought of the idea of creating Beautifully Hand-crafted Chocolate Bouquets & Candy Blossom Trees in 2007. Working hard to design something truly unique and beautiful, took months of planning and engineering but with Dawn's creative touch, this was soon achieved.
