Acupuncture is a natural, non-toxic system of medicine. The principal method of treatment involves rebalancing the flow of energy know as Qi that runs throughout the body. It is blockages in this energy that causes the disharmony that can lead to illness and emotional problems such as stress and anxiety. The Qi is accessed by inserting very fine needles at specific points along the body's energy pathways (meridians) and this action allows our bodies to correct the flow of energy to alleviate the symptoms.
