Zafar Khan qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 1996 and was a tax specialist at various large London firms of accountants before forming Hardy & Co in 2003.His wide experience includes acting for high net worth clients at the largest single office firm of Chartered Accountants in the UK as well as currently specialising in start-ups and small to medium sized businesses.His professional approach and integrity has attracted a diverse range of clients, such as medical consultants, IT contractors, restaurants, fast food businesses, and construction companies as well as large as car dealerships.Formerly one of Her Majesty’s Inspectors of Taxes, John Ball has been Group Tax Adviser to a large FTSE 100 plc as well as managing tax groups in a big 4 accounting firm and in other London accountants.His tax experience is therefore extensive and, while specialising in corporate tax advice, John is happy to advise on all business tax and also tax matters concerning private clients, including Capital Gains Tax and Inheritance Tax.John has acted as a consultant to Hardy & Co since 2003 and, wherever possible, has been assisting corporate clients to reduce their tax liabilities.
