The company was founded in 2006 by three friends: John McCoy, Tony Collins and John Crosbie. Today we are based on a 75,000 sq ft nine-acre site on the outskirts of Liverpool in a newly built warehouse with its own mill, multi-rip saw and lacquering facilities. The amount of enquiries and jobs we are getting for machined timber is growing and we are increasingly being asked for the timber to be delivered PAR and machined to section so our customers do not have to do anything with it. We are supplying more and more customers with timber protected by flame retardant to Euroclass B standards. We like to think we offer something a little bit different as a company because our three founders are still very hands-on. To complement their wealth of hardwood trade experience, industry know-how and array of contacts around the world, we have built an incredibly knowledgeable team of 70 people. Whether they are sourcing unusual hardwood requests, cutting timber to precise sizes, working on the finishing line or organising shipments around the world, our team prides itself on the care they take on every single order.
