All Clients will be asked to undertake an initial consultation and assessment prior to their first treatment. It will take approximately 15-20 minutes and will be included in the price of the first treatment, but additional time should be allowed for this. There are also some conditions that may prevent treatment or will need written consent from your doctor, so it is advisable to ring Liz for an initial chat prior to booking an appointment.
Liz is a level 4 qualified Sports Massage Therapist (ITEC), a member of the Sports Massage Association and is fully insured. A keen sportswoman (county hockey and athletics) who had her career cut short by injury, Liz is passionate about helping other sports people to keep playing their sport. She also wants to help people live their everyday lives with as little pain and stress as possible - life is sometimes tough!
She will work with each client as an individual to assess, treat and maintain their muscles, in order that they may perform to the best of their abilities in whatever they choose to do - competing at an elite level in sport, sporting hobbies, working in an office, shop or as a nurse or just living life to the full.
