We recognise that as a leaseholder it is important your home is in a well managed and maintained block. Our role is to oversee the cleaning, gardening, repair and maintenance of the common parts of your building. We prepare budgets, annual accounts and we administer the collection of ground rent, service charge, insurance and other payments due under the terms of your lease. We will assist with documentation and information required when you sell, assign, charge or alter your property. Hamways offer a unique residential letting service as we only let properties owned by The William Pears Group of Companies, one of the largest UK residential landlords, and a few other select professional reputable landlords. We are not interested in letting fees and associated charges but matching good quality tenants with good quality accommodation.
