With 12 years of domestic plumbing and heating experience behind me, plumbing has been my career from the start, it's my passion. I am meticulous in everything I do and I think this transfers well into all aspects of my projects and I always aim to give 100% customer satisfaction in everything I do. I have decided to set up on my own, as I have found working for other people just doesn't work, I want my customers to be happy, and put this before profit margins, if there is a cheaper option to take I will inform you of this. I'm happy to put my reputation at stake for every job I do - no matter how large or small that job is.

I learned my trade in the structured environment at Bradford College as an apprentice plumber, where I gained hands on experience. As with most aspects of life technology changes and I am always learning, I undertake regular courses to ensure I am to up to date with everything from procedures to boilers.
