Hague Nicholls are Chartered Surveyors based in Leeds and Sheffield, providing specialist property advice to banks, building societies, insurance companies, pension funds, property companies, local authorities, property developers, manufacturing and consumer companies. Services include valuation, local authority consultancy, the acquisition and disposal of investment property, landlord and tenant issues including dilapidation advice (s18 valuations) and asset management.

The three directors have a combined experience of over 90 years. David Hague and David Nicholls are both former partners of Knight Frank, whilst Peter Hague was previously a director of Jones Lang LaSalle.
