Haelan Therapy was established in 2012 by Rebecca Kelly and provides Massage, Reiki and Reflexology treatments in Hitchin, Hertfordshire.

So often in our hectic modern lives, we do not always take time to look after No.1. Our minds tend to focus on the 'what ifs and what's next' rather than on 'me' and the 'here and now'. This lack of mindfulness can result in our bodies not focusing on the important job of balance and stability. This can lead to conditions, issues and dis-ease* of the body developing such as stress, anxiety and chronic illnesses. But the good news is that if we stop a while and invest some time and energy in ourselves then our complex and extremely clever bodies are capable of healing and repairing themselves. This is where Haelan Therapy comes in.

Through the use of Massage, Reiki and Reflexology, Rebecca works with her clients to tailor treatments** to their individual needs depending on their issue, condition or situation.
