We cater for over 170 fitness classes each week and pride ourselves on our Les Mills Classes from Body Pump, Body Combat, Body Attack, Body Step and CX Works to, Insanity, Metafit, Yoga, Pilates, Kettlebells, TRX, Spin and Bootcamp. Each of our classes is taught by our fully qualified & professional fitness instructors.
We strive to go the extra mile and even have Virtual Reality Classes on throughout the day & night. This approach is provided to suit all our current & future members' lifestyle requirements; from Livestrong Cycle which is available @ 1am to Body Combat available @ 4am.we make sure that there is no excuse not to work out!
