My name is Alice. I have a son, called Sam and I recently gave birth to my daughter, Lucy. My love of yoga first began when I was at university, over fifteen years ago. Like many people I initially thought yoga was just another exercise class, however I loved the inner calmness it gave me. As I started to attend regularly I felt an increased sense of well-being, felt more rested and consequently more able to deal with the ups and downs of daily life. Over the years I have continued to develop my own practice, studying with many wonderful teachers and exploring Sivananda, Ashtanga, Scaravelli-inspired yoga and meditation.
I completed my initial teaching training at the Sivananda Ashram in Tamil Nadu, India and I went on to qualify with the British Wheel of Yoga.
