Post Natal Pilates starts at Grosvenor Clinic on Tuesday 17th March. The course consists of six weekly one hour classes which are run by a Chartered Physiotherapist who is also a certified Body Control Pilates Instructor. Places are limited, so contact us for more details or to reserve a place on a course.
Grosvenor Clinic provides private and NHS physiotherapy and selected associated therapies and services delivered by a team of highly skilled practitioners who pride themselves on achieving exceptional standard of care. Grosvenor Physiotherapy was established in Denmead in 1994 and since then we have expanded to provide a wide range of other therapies and services within Grosvenor Clinic. In April 2012 we opened a second physiotherapy treatment venue in Havant which is located on the first floor of The Bosmere Medical Practice.
