We have for the last 15 years been involved in property management in London and we provide Landlords with extensive services ranging from acquisition advice, through to refurbishment final fitting out & furnishing of properties. Our service is supported by our technical knowledge of residential buildings, which stretches back 25 years. As a property management company we manage portfolios of residential properties mainly in North of the river, with properties from Richmond right across to Shoreditch. We work with Architects, Engineers, Solicitors as well as many Estate / Letting agents in London. We take the burden out of Residential Investment by managing the day-to-day problems, selecting tenants, checking references, drawing up tenancy agreements.
