Established since 1988, M.K. Greenwood & Co. is a general practice providing a comprehensive service in all areas of accountancy and taxation. Although the practice does not specialize in any particular area, should a situation ever arise that requires the service of a specialist, we are able to call on our network of consultants who are experts in their particular fields. Our client base ranges from individuals requiring preparation of personal self-assessment tax returns through to limited companies that have to prepare statutory accounts within the small company reporting exemptions.

The senior partner, Mike Greenwood, has a wealth of experience in the profession, having previously been employed as a senior manager by a firm of Chartered Accountants for 14 years. In 1983 he became a senior Accounting Technician and was admitted as a member of The British Institute of Management in 1984.
