Graham Butt who started work as an Estate Agent in Shoreham in 1961, started his own company in 1968 in Lancing, moving to Littlehampton in 1971.

They also have a dedicated Lettings office dealing with the Management and Letting of properties along the coast from Littlehampton in the West to Worthing in the East.
