Bringing Graceful Synergy to life from an initial idea started from a process of self-and professional development in which travelling, coaching, mindfulness, conscious embodiment and energy therapies has become an ever increasing part.

I believe in walking the walk, so to speak, and have created services and sourced products that I believe in and personally use.
My idea for Graceful Synergy was inspired by wanting to live and support others to integrate mind, body and energy in a way that enabled conscious, congruent and confident connectivity with our-selves and inner world, our relationships with others and the world around us as a whole.
