Our Team GQ Independent Ltd are a firm of Chartered Financial planners that originally set up in Chancery Lane, London and have been advising individuals for over thirty years.. Paul D Murphy DIP FA PFS Director I have a strong passion to deliver well thought through advice & service to clients. GQ's founder, established over 25 years ago Paul is passionate about his personal and hands on approach with clients and very proud of GQ Independent's strong reputation.

With years of knowledge and experience Paul believes that good financial planning comes from technical knowledge and creative thinking but most importantly the ability to understand client circumstances. Paul demonstrates a holistic approach to all clients and their circumstances thus offering the best outcome. Paul is married and has three grown up daughters. In his spare time Paul enjoys walking his dogs and has a keen interest in historic motor sport.
