Gower Acupuncture

I am a qualified yoga teacher, taking inspiration from BKS Iyengar. I am fortunate to have been taught by Godfrey Devereux, Sarah Wilde, Olivia Crooke and Atmananda Das. When I’m not working I spend alot of my free time outside enjoying the beautiful South wales coastline and hills. In particular I love to swim, run, surf and paddle board.I practice in 2 locations in Swansea; Uplands and Mumbles. My particular interests are pain management and management of stress, anxiety and depression. I use a mixture of Traditional Chinese Medicine and bio-medical acupuncture to manage and alleviate pain and musculo-skeletal imbalances. I closely follow the latest developments in acupuncture treatment for pain management.For emotional issues I use a mixture of 5 element acupuncture, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), yoga and techniques recognised by The Human Givens Institute. I have been lucky enough to have attended seminar by Joe Griffin – the co-founder of the Human Givens Institute.
