We sell, let and manage an extensive range of property and endeavour to provide the highest level of customer service, with friendly, knowledgeable sales and rental staff. At Goddards we take care to really listen to our customers’ requirements and in many cases our local knowledge can help. We are able to assist clients, newcomers in particular, to identify exactly what they want to achieve by their move, which is quite often a complete change of life-style as well as a change of house. On the rental side we provide either a tenant-finding service or full management of a property. That means for a one-off fee we will find a tenant, do a credit search and draw up an agreement to comply with increasingly complex legislation. Alternatively we will do all of that as well as overseeing the tenancy from start to finish, collecting the rent and organising any necessary repairs.
