Based in Somerset, but working nationwide, with our many years experience of framing and carpentry, we have the skills and knowledge required to maximise the potential of your project.As an example of what we can achieve, in early 2014 GMT were chosen to replace the 100-year-old Middle Drawbridge at the Tower of London. We constructed a replica bridge on site, which is used and admired by thousands of visitors every day.GMT Timber Frames was founded in 2008 by Geoff Foers and Marc Watson, both time-served carpenters with many years experience in timber construction.Having both run businesses before, Geoff and Marc set out to offer high-quality framing at competitive rates from their yard on an organic farm near Bruton in Somerset. GMT always have the time to discuss your ideas and plans. The business has gone from strength to strength; we must be doing something right!
