Glen Property Management was set up in 1995 and is now a Limited Company, one Director is qualified in Estate Management and another is an Engineer Surveyor. The business also has a Building Surveyor along with administration staff.
Specialist Sub-Contractors are used as required for lifts, fire alarm systems, emergency smoke ventilation systems etc. As well as Facilities Management Glen Property Management has experience in construction, development, refurbishments, planning applications and related issues. Gillian McConnell, Director managed the property portfolio of the Civil Estate throughout Northern Ireland on behalf of HM Revenue and Customs. Glen Property Management Limited’s systems mirror HM Revenue and Customs example; we encourage our Clients to have their own dedicated bank account, ensuring a full audit trail with clear accountancy and transparency. Our financial system is updated monthly and reconciled with the bank statement to a trial balance. Glen Property Management operates a Planned Preventative Maintenance Policy which ultimately maximises the life of equipment and assets thus reducing reactive maintenance which can be costly.
