GiggleTummies - Baby Yoga & Baby Massage

Hi I'm Reena, welcome to my world of giggles and relaxation. Yoga and massage in my culture is somewhat the norm when a new baby is born. It is an old mothers tradition that has been passed down from mothers to mothers for decades in the east and now the west. I used to watch my mother massage my baby sister at the age of 10 and felt very intrigued and now after giving birth to my beautiful baby boy I wanted to succeed in a career that would benefit all Mummies Daddies and Carers out there whilst having the ultimate mummy experience. Not only have I learnt yoga and massage from the best teacher in the world (my mummy!) but I also have recognised qualifications in infant massage, baby and toddler yoga.

My classes aim to benefit babies but also empower new mums to gain confidence and share their new baby experiences with other new mums. Like many new mums the whole baby experience is so nerving - where will I feed him? What if he cries?
