Get Up N Go

The sessions last for an hour and are in groups up to 4 people and cost just £15 per person. You do not need to bring along the other people to go in the group as each training programme will be created for that individual and you can book a time slot that fits best into your day. As the training is in small groups, members like the sociable aspect of the sessions whilst still getting the benefits of being personal trained. Our clients are a range of all ages, abilities and with different exercise needs and goals. Whatever your reason for going to the gym the Get Up ‘N’ Go trainers can work with you to develop training programmes to work towards your goals and get you to where you want to be. Get Up ‘N’ Go is also different because you do not pay a monthly subscription, which is charged regardless of usage, instead you pay for each session individually so you only pay for what you do.
