As an architectural practice specialising in residential developments, we have carried out a wide range of work for many Housing Associations and Local Authorities that has led to 28 architectural awards since 1981. During the last five years, we have developed an expertise on projects for the homeless working locally with Housing Associations and nationally with the Salvation Army.
The Practice has gained a wealth of experience on residential developments, mainly within the public sector working for Housing Associations and registered social landlords. We currently have a client base of over 20 Housing Associations and other associated organisations with which we have worked over the years, some from the inception of the Practice in 1981.
We are fully conversant with the Code for Sustainable Homes, the Design Standards of the Homes and Communities Agency formerly the Housing Corporation and the Housing Quality Indicators. Our interest in urban design, site analysis and environmental impact is wide and we are Chartered Members of the RIBA. The Practise is also a fully registered member of Constructionline and a member of the Erewash Partnership.
