General Maintenance Contractors Limited was established as a service and maintenance company serving both commercial and industrial sectors. We very soon became the GO TO company when others were incapable of resolving the problem. Our three directors have gained a vast and varied experience in the electrical, mechanical and civil engineering fields, with a sum of more than one hundred years of combined experience behind us.

Our extensive client base includes both small and large commercial offices, educational facilities, Council projects, Industrial buildings, care homes, letting agents and large domestic properties. All of our engineers are uniformed, qualified and experienced in the service and installation of boilers, chillers, electric's, gas, oil and water services.
