A massive well done to John Sexton who last Wednesday took part and completed the London to Paris Cycle raising money for the Mark Pollock Trust. The challenge took place over four days covering over 300 miles. Mark Pollock is a Northern Irish adventurer, athlete, rower, kayaker, however in 1999 at the age of 22 suffered an eye condition which blinded him.

GBR Phoenix Beard has let 2,400 sq ft of office space within the office block it occupies in the Grade I listed 'The Exchange' in Newhall Street, Birmingham.
