Gardiner Fire & Security Alarms

In 2002 Simon Gardiner Alarm & Electrical Services, along with other local companies that were involved with alarms, received an invitation from Lancashire Police who were holding a conference to encourage alarm companies in the Fylde to join the force's register to give people in the area more choice and a professional service. To join the force's register, a company must be fully insured (including failure to operate insurance), must have fully security screened engineers, must hold membership to UKAS accredited inspectorate, must sign up to the Association of Police Officers (ACPO) and the Association of British Insurance (ABI) security system policy. Later that same year, Simon Gardiner Alarm & Electrical Services gained accreditation from the SSAIB (Security Systems & Alarms Inspectorate Board) and is still regularly inspected.
