Garden Arts

Denise Cadwallader has worked for 20 years in the landscape and garden design profession. Having gained a BA (Hons) in Garden Design from Middlesex University, she founded Garden Arts in1997. Denise is a Fellow of the Society of Garden Designers. The only professional body in the UK dedicated solely to garden design. She served on the SGD Council and was Chair of the Adjudication Committee for four years. ​ Her work has featured in various publications including Great Garden Design and Garden Makeovers. ​ She has been involved in many aspects of Garden Design including lecturing at Capel Manor Horticultural College, running Design workshops and writing for various gardening journals. Her clients have won medals at The London Garden Awards and her gardens have been opened to the Public for the Charity organisation, National Open Garden Scheme. ​ Denise encourages her Ealing clients to get involved in Ealing in Bloom and their gardens have twice won 'Best Improved','Best Large Garden' and 'Judges Special Prize'. For two years she was a Judge for this local Competition.
