G & S Design

G & S Design provide a complete architectural design and planning service for domestic and commercial building projects from new build, conversions and extensions, to internal and external alterations. From a full measurement survey, we design a draft scheme for discussion prior to finalising plans to submit with an application to the local authority for planning approval, and as applicable, listed building consent. CAD generated plans are prepared detailing a full specification of work including electrical, plumbing and heating layouts.

Additional preparation of technical details are submitted for compliance of building regulations. We then monitor and liaise with the local authority during the application process. Our service also includes organising specialist reports including Arboriculture and Ecologist Surveys in relation to trees and wildlife, plus structural calculations for the purpose of supporting planning and building regulations applications.
