GH Property Management acknowledges that some emergency issues can arise outside of normal office hours, and as such we provide an out of hours telephone line that is a 24 hour service for our clients, where appropriate, to deal with any emergency situations that may occur.
An emergency is identified as an incident creating a sudden state of danger to the property or its occupants, or a condition that requires immediate attention to avoid a significant detrimental impact to the property
Examples of such an emergency are as follows: flood, lift failure, entry system failure, sewage pump failure, health and safety incident.
