Our team is led by Stephen Fay FCA, an experienced property investor with a substantial property portfolio, built up since 1999. Stephen is well-known within the property investment industry and writes for several national property magazines, and often speaks at national and local property events. This combination of expert technical tax knowledge, combined with real-life property investment experience, enables us to offer property investors a unique service. Most of the team have been with the company for 5+ years and have a wealth of experience in helping property investors with their tax-planning and accounts requirements. Stephen trained with a 'Big 4' practice, qualifying as a Chartered Accountant (ACA) in 1999. Stephen writes for several national property magazines, & speaks regularly at property events about property tax issues. Stephen has been a property investor since 1999, & has built up a substantial & profitable portfolio, which he self-manages. When he is not working, Stephen likes to play football with his sons, follow Manchester United & drink good Malbec wine.
