FutureLets is the trading name of The FutureLets, a wholly owned subsidiary of Coventry University Enterprises.

We promote, market and let good quality private accommodation located within close proximity to all Coventry University Group campuses. The Coventry University Group have thousands of students each year seeking private accommodation. Requirements largely vary from room-only accommodation, studio flats, en-suite rooms, apartments and whole houses up to 14 bedrooms for larger groups. We endeavour to deliver unrivalled levels of customer service to both landlords and students, and are happy to advise on most aspects of student lets, including advice of market trends, rental appraisals, fixtures, fittings and locations, rental terms and maintenance contracts.

Our office is located within the heart of the Coventry University campus, situated in Charles Ward office 145, so we are easily accessible to both students and landlords.
