Terry Bassingthwaighte has been involved in the motor industry since leaving school at 16 when he qualified first as a mechanic, before moving into sales. For the past 20 years he has been a fully qualified HGV driver working throughout Europe. In 2005 he founded Fun on Wheels UK Quad Bike & Buggy safaris in the Bury St Edmunds area. At the same time, an invitation to become an Instructor for the European ATV Safety Institute (EASI) led to the self-discovery of a passion for teaching and a desire to pass on solid knowledge and driving skills to the next generation of drivers. A qualified Approved Driving Instructor with many years driving LGV Class 1 vehicles and towing trailers, Terry is an experienced class B + E trailer towing tutor.
