In 2003 Anna worked as a part time lecturer at a local college teaching up to level 5 in Aromatherapy, Massage, Reflexology, Anatomy & Physiology, Business Studies, Communications and key skills in literacy and numeracy for 9 years where she taught award winning therapists and now runs Freedom Therapies Training in Bognor Regis where you can have treatments or train to gain VTCT professional accredited courses in: body massage, Indian head massage, reflexology, aromatherapy, hot stones, Hopi ear candles (auricular thermal candles) and reiki 1, 2, 3 and Masters. Also on offer are 1 day courses in: introduction to massage, reflexology, aromatherapy courses, refresher courses, deep tissue and hands free courses. Our aim is to help you overcome and combat the stresses that modern life and past bad habits can bring about. We want to guide you towards a life of health, vitality, balance and positive thinking bringing a sense of wellbeing whilst encouraging you to fulfil your potential.
