I have over 15 years personal experience of various types of therapeutic bodywork gained while training for a black belt in Bugei-Ki-Ryu Jujitsu, all of which yielded little benefit to the injuries I was suffering with. After years of searching for answers I decided that the best way to learn about the form and function of the musculo-skeletal system was to work hard and pursue a degree in Physiotherapy. During the process of completing my honours degree, gaining a position at The Royal Liverpool and Broadgreen University Hospitals and working for 5 years as a Chartered Physiotherapist for the NHS, I gathered together a combination of approaches from various fields that not only helped manage my problems, but helped to resolve them.

Unfortunately, this combination of techniques did not sit well within the understandable constraints on time within the NHS.
