Peter Freebody & Co are situated in the heart of the middle Thames. This stretch of the river, between Abingdon upstream and Windsor downstream, spans three counties and offers some of the most picturesque scenery on the Thames together with a wealth of historic towns and villages and a variety of annual events.A Freebody Slipper Launch is individually hand crafted and is the centre piece of a lifetime of hazy days on the river. For many, the journey and enjoyment begins at the start of the building process with discussions over design requirements such as timber choices, seating layout and propulsion, and in the latter stages with the finishing touches of upholstery fabrics and colour combinations to create a launch which is truly unique.
