Gemma is co-proprietor of Indulgence, as well as a fully qualified beauty therapist with over ten years experience. Since opening her own salon four years ago, Gemma has also branched out into the teaching side of beauty therapy. Gemma is, as a result, constantly training new and existing therapists at the salon to ensure the high standards she expects from her staff are upheld.

Being very passionate about the beauty industry, and continually keeping up with new treatments and improvements, Gemma encourages all her staff to have the same keen interest in beauty and their careers for the future. She feels it is important for everyone to keep up to date with latest news and technology, and moving forward with the industry as it progresses.
Gemma is currently managing both branches of Indulgence beauty salon along with Kelly, going between Bexleyheath and Shortlands, to ensure the Indulgence reputation is maintained at both beauty salons.
