John Frampton FCCA After a spell in industry John returned to the profession and qualified in 1993 with a small local firm. He has extensive experience of large family run businesses and on several occasions has taken on a financial director’s role for clients. Consequently John can advise on a wide range of accountancy and taxation matters and he is also the firm’s senior statutory auditor. He has also successfully advised several companies on Research and Development tax credit claims.Joanne Pitt FCA Joanne qualified with a small local firm in 1983. She spent a few years working for Coopers and Lybrand (now Price Waterhouse Coopers) before returning to a small professional office as she missed the direct client involvement and where she felt she could provide a better and more personal service to clients. She has a wide range of clients including sole traders, partnerships and owner-managed businesses and has advised on numerous new start-ups. Joanne also has many personal tax clients.
