Frame Smith & Co was founded in August 1999 after we recognised that there was a need for a specialist practice dealing in serious criminal allegations as well as general criminal, road traffic and benefit fraud. We are an accredited provider of criminal legal advice with the Legal Aid Agency and we are regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority. We offer an individually tailored response to what is likely to be the most serious and stressful situation you will ever face. Your case will be exclusively supervised by one of the two partners in the firm, David Smith or Anthony Egan, from start to finish. You will be an individual client not a file number. Unlike virtually all other firms, you will have direct access to a partner and will not be dealt with by trainees, paralegals or admin staff.
