We have developed injury prevention and performance image enhancing programmes for athletes from many different sports including: athletics, football, cricket, golf, rugby, skiing and martial arts. Often repetitive injuries take promising athletes out of their sports long before their potential has been achieved.

This can be avoided in many cases and we pride ourselves on a comprehensive injury prevention programme. This includes a sophisticated screening programme which has allowed a more scientific approach to injury diagnosis and the study of body mechanics during running, walking and throwing etc. This incorporates computerised movement analysis and foot scanning. The success of your surgery depends largely on what you do in both the pre and post operative stage.
