Fosters Cycles originally started in the early part of the 1970's, based at Fosters Supermarket in Thrybergh. Soon after, 4 smaller outlets were opened around South Yorkshire. In the early 1980's the outlets were closed and the business repositioned at a bigger outlet in Thames Street, Rotherham, The Thames Street Branch is closed now and we have relocated to our main branch based at Doncaster Road, Thrybergh, Rotherham.
Starting out as a Raleigh 5 star dealer Fosters Cycles were dedicated to the Nottingham based manufacturers and with the introduction of Diamond Back, the cycle range soon started to grow. When the BMX craze took off in 2000, part of the store was dedicated to BMX.
Stocking a wide range of children's bikes, mountain bikes, electric powered bikes, road/hybrid bikes, BMX bikes, and a comprehensive range of spare parts and accessories, Fosters Cycles have something for everyone.
