We teach a traditional ITF Taekwon-Do syllabus with modern martial art training methods enabling our students to learn a realistic self-defence in exciting and fun classes. Taekwon-Do is an art of self defence founded by a Korean General named Choi Hong Hi (Grand Master General Choi Hong Hi 9th Degree 1918-2002). Taekwon-Do was officially recognised on 11th April 1955 when General Choi after exhaustive researching, developing and experimenting proclaimed Taekwon-Do to the world as a completely valid and unique martial art.
