Food 4 Thought Catering is not simply another catering company, but above and beyond your usual catering service. Our work and style is based on experience that is gathered through many years of professional work, innovative methods and techniques, great training and qualifications and the impressions and fresh ideas we have collected for the many years we travel the world and learn more about the cuisine and culture around the globe, so now we can provide you with a catering service and food conceptions that no one in the area could.

A talented City & Guilds qualified chef, Tony's work experience started in Halifax before travelling across the globe to Australia in 1989. Restless feet brought him back to our shores in 1992 to work in 5 star hotels in Brighton and Jersey before sailing off on the P&O Oriana to spend 5 years serving quality meals to 1000's of satisfied travellers on each cruise.

Tony finally came "home" and settled back in Halifax where in 2001 he created "Food 4 Thought". He had one key aim in mind; to create a food oriented business providing 1st rate catering built around quality, locally-sourced fresh food. In just a few years "Food 4 Thought" has developed into the accomplished company we see today, having also become a limited company in 2008.
