Fonseca and Partners in Abergavenny is a friendly and well established firm with experience of serving the town of Abergavenny and beyond since 1979. The present firm traces its roots back over 60 years to Fonseca Herbert & Co which became Fonseca and Partners in the 1980's. Since 2007 the partners in Abergavenny Richard Lovell and Stella Baldwin have been running Fonseca and Partners Abergavenny as a separate firm concentrating on providing a specialist service in areas of law such as family matters, child care, house sales and purchases, business leases, wills and estates, powers of attorney and Court of Protection. Family matters include divorce, separation, cohabitation, finances, domestic violence and children issues. Fonseca and Partners appreciate that these matters are of a sensitive and emotional nature and always try to make the legal process as easy and straight forward as possible.
