My name is Rhonda. I am an Ofsted Registered Childcare Provider. I am also an Accredited Childminder (through Lancashire County Council) and offer the free funding to 2, 3 and 4 year old children. I live in Colne (5 mins drive from the M65).I have 3 children, Daniel 23, Chloe 19 and Ellie 15, and live with my partner Jonathan Shaw, who is a well known artist whose work sells in Whitewall Galleries throughout the country. We also have a little white Westie called Misty.I have been a childcare provider for 19 years, starting in April 2000. I have found it very rewarding, and it has meant that I have been able to be involved with my own children as they have grown up.Initially I started with one family, and gradually built up from that. Most families, I have worked with from their children being babies, up to school age. Some have been part-time, and some before and after school, but most have been full-time, so I have always had a large number of children in my care and vacancies have only really become available, when a child has moved on to school.
