FLOW has evolved through a unique partnership between Lucy McNeill (BWY and Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher) and Ben Parker( BSc (Hons) Osteopathic Medicine) working alongside a group of talented, dedicated and inspirational teachers and practitioners. From our beautiful, calm garden haven in the heart of Tunbridge Wells, we offer regular yoga classes to keep your body supple and healthy, specific treatments from our experienced osteopaths and acupuncturists, and specialist massage and shiatsu, to calm and soothe.

From our roots at Pantiles Yoga and Groombridge Osteopathy, we have developed close relationships with our clients over many years; some seek relief from a specific injury while others are on a journey to explore the myriad of opportunities to support them in their ever changing lives.
