My passion for health and fitness coupled with my teaching background lead me to become a personal trainer. I am here to share my enthusiasm, experience and motivation towards your health and fitness goals. Body transformations from consideration of personal goals ranging from fat loss, muscle gain and strength gain. Adaptability to achieve targets through careful individual nutrition and exercise plans. FitHub has over 150 pieces of state-of-the-art equipment with TVs & iPod docks, a wide variety of exercise choices from functional training, circuits and cardio machines to free weights, Core Pilot Pilates and interactive training wall.

On arrival at the club, you can choose to use the comfortable changing rooms with secure oak lockers or pop your belongings in a convenience locker in the gym. Personal Trainers are available (at an additional cost) if you would like some on-going guidance for general fitness or sports specific goals.
