Fit For Life Physiotherapy

The clinic has been developed with the aim of providing the highest standards of injury management, sports performance and occupational health care available to the general public, local businesses and sports clubs of Northern Ireland.

Steven Redpath (Bsc Hons) is the director and creator of Fitfor/Life Physiotherapy. A fully qualified and experienced chartered physiotherapist, Steven has developed his specialist interests in the fields of orthopaedic medicine (Society of Orthopaedic Medicine), Sport and Exercise Medicine(University of Wales Institute Cardiff), Sport Massage (Belfast Metropolitan College) and Strength and Conditioning (UK Strength and Conditioning Association). These areas of interest have become the foundation for the service provision now offered at Fitfor/Life.

He played sport at the highest level, representing Ulster and Ireland at senior international level in hockey for a number of years and continues to play All Ireland League with Instonians.
