Established in 2004, our team of dedicated professionals have almost sixty years of combined experience within educational recruitment (58 years to be exact), and that's just the team of consultants in the office. We also employ two ex Headteachers specifically to conduct all of our candidate registration interviews, ensuring that all our teachers and assistants are afforded the respect they deserve from fellow professionals - like we said, we're different.

We are genuinely committed to treating all our Teachers and Teaching Assistants as individuals and we take your career as seriously as you do. Our aim is to exceed expectations, and in doing so we have built close, personal relationships of trust and understanding with our Teachers and Assistants and excellent partnerships with our schools.
